Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
1. Cancellations
Timeframe: Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement unless the item has already been dispatched.
Process: Request cancellation via email or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, we’ll process a refund within 5–7 business days (Canadian processing).
2. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds may be issued if the product is undelivered, damaged, or not as described.
Proof Required: Please send a photo and order details.
Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
3. Replacements
We offer replacements for fresh items (e.g., flowers, baked goods) if they arrive damaged or spoiled. Confirm within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
4. No Refund Cases
Unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address (unless caused by Giftbd360).
Perishable items that arrive late but still within the expected timeline.

Giftbd360 partners with local vendors and service providers in Bangladesh to fulfill orders. While we take every measure to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, delivery timelines, product availability, and service quality may be subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor delays, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
Giftbd360 and 1707808 Canada Inc. shall not be held responsible for:
1) Delays in delivery caused by vendors, courier services, or external events.
2) Variations in product design, packaging, or presentation may occur due to local availability.
3) Damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from vendor-supplied products or services
Our role is limited to facilitating the ordering process, coordinating with local vendors, and payment collections.
