Canada, operating from Toronto, Ontario. We provide an eCommerce platform that allows
customers worldwide to send gifts to recipients in Bangladesh

- You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm the Website, its users, or vendors.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders must be placed and paid for through the Website.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments via secure online payment methods.
- Once an order is confirmed, it is forwarded to our local vendor partners in Bangladesh for fulfillment.
4. Product Availability & Substitutions

5. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are carried out by our local vendor partners in Bangladesh.

- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided processing has not started.
- Refunds are only issued if:
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, or
- Delivery cannot be completed due to reasons directly attributable to us or our vendors.
- No refunds will be provided for delays or dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control, such as recipient unavailability or product variations.
